Rose Howley MIPPM Dip Rose has over 23 years of experience in accountancy, employment law and payroll working in both the private and public sector. She started her career working for the local government within their accountancy department before moving to one of the leading accountancy firms where she held a number of management positions specialising in finance, payroll and taxation. Some 6 years ago Rose moved into training and consultancy industry. She has Accountancy, Payroll and Employment Law qualifications that covers legislation in the both the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Rose has worked as a trainer and tutor for the IPP for over 3 years, teaching qualifications at all levels and presenting a full range of basic payroll and payroll management courses. She joined HRDPS in April 2004 to become HR/Payroll Training Consultant. Rose has held training courses both at home and overseas and is regarded as one of the most experienced tutors currently in practice. She specialises in employment law and the taxation system in the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man where she has recently written payroll courses covering the significant differences between all these countries. |

| Tim Kelsey, MIPP Tim has 19 years experience in managing large payroll departments predominantly in the public sector, and is currently Payroll Manager at Buckinghamshire County Council. During this time he has had responsibility for payrolls covering up to 20,000 employees and pensioners based both in the UK and globally, and has processed payrolls from Dundee to Entebbe, Kingston Jamaica to Perth Western Australia! He has a wide ranging and practical experience of all the issues and problems encountered by the international payroller, and is an enthusiastic and patient tutor. He writes and lectures regularly on payroll issues, with particular emphasis on training in international payroll techniques. He also provides a mentoring service specifically aimed at the Payroll Profession. |
