The eLearning program provides a broad overview of Human Resources, incorporating employment legislation and the practical management of people issues. It is structured to provide a practical understanding of all the core issues relating to a HR role.
Participants work in groups, tutored by experienced HR professionals, many are accredited online tutors through the Institute of Leadership and Management.
The course is a combination of online learning material, case studies and discussions with other delegates, plus group and individual tutor feedback.
The online approach allows a more relaxed pace which in turn allows pupils more opportunity to absorb the course material than in a conventional classroom environment.
